APC Amplify General Channel Incentive Programs ANZ

We are pleased to make available to you the APC by Schneider Electric Amplify Partner Incentive Program (Channel Incentive Program) from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 to (both dates inclusive; Channel Incentive Program Period).

Overview of Channel Incentive Program

The primary goal of the Channel Incentive Program is to reward APC by Schneider Electric Channel Professionals (Individual Partner Representatives) of eligible Channel IT Solution and Contractor Partners (Partners) for helping to drive our mutual revenue growth and training objectives. Individual Partner Representatives may be entitled to the Incentive upon attainment of the program goals and objectives. 

Channel Incentive Overview

Qualifying Products               

Only validated orders from the APC by Schneider Electric range will be eligible for rewards. You can transact your order through your preferred APC by Schneider Electric Authorised Distributor.
 

Qualifying Training

Only specified training completed via the APC by Schneider Electric Channel Partner Program myschneider website will be eligible for rewards.
 

Criteria                       

• Only new product purchases made during the Channel Incentive Program Period by commercial, government or education customers will be eligible.
• Individual Partner Representatives must claim their sales on the Amplify website by selecting their End User transaction details (each, an Entry). Entries will be accepted, and points awarded to the Individuals reward account. Only Entries selected and submitted by the individual will qualify for the Incentives. Only 1 incentive will be issued per PO per customer or approved activity.
• Individual Partner Representative must complete their training on the myschneider portal. Only validated training completed will be rewarded.
• Approved incentives will be distributed to the Individual Partner Representative each quarter until the end of the Channel Incentive Program Period.
• APC by Schneider Electric reserves the right to decline the further involvement of Individual Partner Representatives at any time and for any reason whatsoever

 

Incentive Terms

• Individual Partner Representatives will be issued virtual prepaid rewards to their APC Amplify rewards account upon completion and validation of eligible activities.
• Incentives will be given in the order of the points being processed in the form of reward dollars that are paid into the participants APC Amplify virtual rewards account, as determined by APC by Schneider Electric, capped at the value amounts and subject to availability across all Individual Partner Representatives above.
• This Channel Incentive Program cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.

 

General

Any FBT liability is the responsibility of the Individual Partner Representative and their employer. Consequently, it is solely the Individual Partner Representative's responsibility to report and pay all applicable taxes or duties that may be required under any appropriate laws related to the Incentive(s) he/she receives. The Individual Partner Representative may consult his/her own tax advisor with any question or concern about the taxes that apply to him/her in relation to this Channel Incentive Program.

APC by Schneider Electric reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of the Channel Incentive Program and will be the sole judge in any dispute. APC by Schneider Electric reserves the right to terminate or amend the Channel Incentive Program at any time without prior notice.

Termination Clause

Participating in this Channel Incentive Program will be deemed acceptance of these Program Terms. If you wish do not wish to participate you can delete your account at any time by visiting your profile page and following the instructions.
 

APC Amplify Rewards - AUD Mobile Pay Terms and Conditions

Mobile prepaid Mastercards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. To access you must download The Card Network App, card cannot be printed as a voucher for use. To be able to redeem virtual Mastercard rewards you must maintain enough reward $ to meet the minimum reward denomination of $20. If at redemption, program period close or account closure your rewards does not meet the minimum redemption of $20, all current monies ($) will be forfeited.

Not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. Any unused value after the expiry date of any Digital Mastercard will not be refunded or credited. At the time of purchase, you should know your account balance. You may obtain your current balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging into your account on The Card Network app. If you attempt to make a purchase that exceeds your balance, the transaction will be denied. Cardholders are responsible for all purchases made with their Virtual Card.Currently only compatible with Australian mobile numbers. Compatible with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Valid instore or online where prepaid Mastercard is accepted. For online use the total transaction value cannot exceed the available Digital Mastercard balance unless the merchant site has the capability to support split transactions. For full terms and conditions, please view them here.
 

APC Amplify Rewards – NZD Flexi eGift Cards Terms and Conditions

Flexi eGifts are valid for up to 36 months (3 years) after the delivery date. Recipient selects how they will redeem their gift by choosing a participating merchant's egift card or voucher, the validity of that portion of the eGift Card will change to a shorter period. To be able to redeem flexi eGift rewards you must maintain enough reward $ to meet the minimum reward denomination of $20.

Treat this electronic gift card (flexi egift card) as cash. Any person who learns the URL of your egift card can use it, therefore it is your responsibility to keep the egift card safe by keeping the URL private. We recommend you keep the original egift card email safe and take all measures necessary to secure your email. Do not open this egift card on a public or shared computer terminal. Lost or stolen egift cards will not be replaced or refunded. Not redeemable for cash. When you choose to redeem your egift card by converting part or all the value into a participating merchant's egift card or voucher, the validity of that portion of your egift card will change to a shorter period. Please pay attention to the expiry periods and dates shown. Any unused value after the expiry date of any egift card or voucher will not be refunded or credited. When you convert value into a participating merchant's egift card or voucher, the conversion is final and cannot be reversed. Egift cards and vouchers are not reloadable.

Further terms and conditions apply based on your Amplify program type selected during registration please review further terms once you are logged into your program account.

The terms and conditions of the Select or above level partner under the APC by Schneider Electric Partner Channel Program also apply to this Channel Incentive Program.

By clicking "I Accept" upon registration, Partner is indicating that an individual representative of the Partner with the authority to bind the Partner contractually has read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and The Program.
