APC Amplify General Channel Incentive Programs ANZ

 

We are pleased to make available to you the APC by Schneider Electric Amplify Partner Incentive Program (Channel Incentive Program) from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive; Channel Incentive Program Period).

 

Overview of Channel Incentive Program

The primary goal of the Channel Incentive Program is to reward APC by Schneider Electric Channel Professionals (Individual Partner Representatives) of eligible Channel IT Solution and Contractor Partners (Partners) for helping to drive our mutual revenue growth and training objectives. Individual Partner Representatives may be entitled to the Incentive upon attainment of the program goals and objectives. 

 

Channel Incentive Overview

Qualifying Products               

Only validated orders from the APC by Schneider Electric range will be eligible for rewards. You can transact your order through your preferred APC by Schneider Electric Authorised Distributor.

Qualifying Training

Only specified training completed via the APC by Schneider Electric Channel Partner Program myschneider website will be eligible for rewards.

Criteria                       

• Only new product purchases made during the Channel Incentive Program Period by commercial, government or education customers will be eligible.
• Individual Partner Representatives must claim their sales on the Amplify website by selecting their End User transaction details (each, an Entry). Entries will be accepted, and points awarded to the Individual’s reward account. Only Entries selected and submitted by the individual will qualify for the Incentives. Only 1 incentive will be issued per PO per customer or approved activity.
• Individual Partner Representative must complete their training on the myschneider portal. Only validated training completed will be rewarded.
• Approved incentives will be distributed to the Individual Partner Representative each quarter until the end of the Channel Incentive Program Period.
• APC by Schneider Electric reserves the right to decline the further involvement of Individual Partner Representatives at any time and for any reason whatsoever

 

Incentive Terms

• Individual Partner Representatives will be issued points to their APC Amplify rewards account upon completion and validation of eligible activities. Points may be redeemed for rewards available within the Amplify Rewards Store, which may include merchandise, experiences, gift cards and other items as determined by Schneider Electric.
• Incentives will be issued as points credited to the participant’s APC Amplify rewards account, as determined by APC by Schneider Electric, capped at the value amounts and subject to availability across all Individual Partner Representatives above.
• This Channel Incentive Program cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
• Points have no cash value outside of the Amplify Program and are not redeemable for cash, prepaid cards or monetary equivalents.
• Rewards available through the Amplify Rewards Store may be changed, substituted or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• APC by Schneider Electric reserves the right to modify reward structures, point allocations, reward types and eligibility criteria at its discretion.

 

General

• Any FBT liability is the responsibility of the Individual Partner Representative and their employer. Consequently, it is solely the Individual Partner Representative's responsibility to report and pay all applicable taxes or duties that may be required under any appropriate laws related to the Incentive(s) he/she receives. The Individual Partner Representative may consult his/her own tax advisor with any question or concern about the taxes that apply to him/her in relation to this Channel Incentive Program.
• All decisions by APC by Schneider Electric are final.
• The Program may not be combined with any other APC by Schneider Electric offer, incentive or promotion unless otherwise stated in the Terms.
• APC by Schneider Electric reserves the right to deny any claim or prohibit participation where a Participant is deemed to be undermining the legitimate operation of the Program by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair conduct.

 

APC by Schneider Electric reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of the Channel Incentive Program and will be the sole judge in any dispute. APC by Schneider Electric reserves the right to terminate or amend the Channel Incentive Program at any time without prior notice.

Termination Clause

Participating in this Channel Incentive Program will be deemed acceptance of these Program Terms. If you do not wish to participate you can delete your account at any time by visiting your profile page and following the instructions.

 

Rewards Store & Redemption Terms

Rewards are fulfilled through the Amplify Rewards Store and are subject to availability, supplier terms and redemption conditions.

The rewards catalogue may include merchandise, digital rewards, experiences, gift cards and other items.

Schneider Electric reserves the right to:
· Substitute rewards of equal or greater value
· Modify the rewards catalogue at any time
· Set minimum redemption thresholds and point requirements

Points not redeemed before account closure or program closure may be forfeited in accordance with program rules.

 

Other

Further terms and conditions apply based on your Amplify program type selected during registration please review further terms once you are logged into your program account.

The terms and conditions of the Select or above level partner under the APC by Schneider Electric Partner Channel Program also apply to this Channel Incentive Program.

By clicking "I Accept" upon registration, Partner is indicating that an individual representative of the Partner with the authority to bind the Partner contractually has read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and The Program.
